Is there any chance this recipe has some errors? I’m not sure what 4/5 cup is, and is this missing cocoa powder? Thank you!

Hello, no the recipe is correct as written. 4/5ths of a cup is 80% of a full cup. 80g of oat flour is 4/5ths of a cup. And no there is no cocoa powder in this recipe.
