Wash your rice until the water runs clear and cook it using your preffered method. I use a rice cooker.
While your rice is cooking wash and chop your cilantro into small pieces.
Once your rice has finished cooking, add the butter, lime juice, cilantro, and salt to taste.
Storage
Once you're happy with the flavor of your rice, spread it out on a parchment lined sheet pan and fluff it up to loosen the grains. Place into the freezer uncovered until frozen solid.
Once frozen, break into pieces and place into containers for long term storage.
