This is one of my go to snacks. It is quick, easy, and has a decent amount of protein for a snack from the Greek yogurt. I use splenda for my sweetener, you can use whatever you like.

For the Apple

  • Wash and cut the apple into slices.
  • Mix the honey into the Greek yogurt and plate with the apple.
  • Add the granola to the bowl.
