Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Bagels
A gluten free alternative to regular wheat containing bagels. These aren't a perfect 1:1 swap but they taste great and have a wonderful texture and chewiness.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except cinnamon and sugar.
Fill a donut tin with mixture. Makes 5. Mix half of the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the top.
Bake 13-15 minutes.
Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top.
Makes 5. Nutrition is for each bagel. Wait for it to cool before eating. It will be better.
