Italian Turkey Bowls

Ground turkey cooked in a homemade Italian dressing and served with green beans and roasted sweet potatoes.  This meal can be made in only 30 minutes.

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F. ⁣
  • Cut your potatoes into thin (¼” or less) half moon shaped pieces. Toss in ½ tbsp olive oil and spread on a sheet pan. ⁣
  • Bake for 10 minutes and flip. Cook an additional 8-10 minutes. ⁣
  • While the potatoes are cooking, heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add in the turkey and brown. ⁣
  • Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing together. Mix into the meat. ⁣
  • Microwave the green beans until they are no longer frozen. ⁣
