Vegetable Shake

This is my daily vegetable shake. As many of you know, I despise and hate vegetables with the fire of 10,000 dragons. This is not something to drink for enjoyment. It doesn't taste good and if you have a crappy blender I wouldn't even try to make it. I drink this purely to get in a large serving of vegetables. The blender I use is a Vitamix 5200.

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. ⁣
  • Store in mason jars and refrigerate or freeze if you’re prepping more than a days worth. ⁣

NOTE

  • I've started to cut all of the vegetables in advance and store them in meal prep containers instead of blending them and storing in the mason jars. This is better for preserving nutrient quality.
