Vegetable Shakes

This is my daily vegetable shake. As many of you know, I despise and hate vegetables with the fire of 10,000 dragons. This is not something to drink for enjoyment. It doesn’t taste good and if you have a crappy blender I wouldn’t even try to make it. I drink this purely to get in a large serving of vegetables. The blender I use is a Vitamix 5200.

    For someone who does like vegetables, this is super convenient for me. I use this as my morning go-to if I don’t feel like making breakfast.
