- Wash and peel your sweet potato. Cut it into a small/medium dice. Drizzle 1 Tbsp olive oil over the top and roast at 400°F for 10 minutes and flip. Cook an additional 5-10 minutes. or until proper browning has been achieved.
- Cut the onion and pepper in a small dice. Add some oil to a skillet over medium high heat. Cook until the onions are soft and translucent. Remove from pan.
- Scramble 6 eggs with the milk and cook over medium heat until cooked. Set aside.
- Cut the ham into a large dice and sauté in skillet until browned.

what difference with standar recip and weight loss its same ingredient……don’t put the same protein and fat and calorie
one uses whole eggs and the other egg whites
I w move the difference is that the standard takes 6 eggs and the weight loss takes 6 egg whites.
Can these go into the fridge for the week or need to be frozen?
I personally don’t freeze ant meals. I just keep them in the fridge for 5 days
I believe the difference is that the standard takes 6 eggs and the weight loss takes 6 egg whites.
No seasoning?
Did you cook the bell pepper?
Step 6 says the Apple will cook in the microwave but no where does it say to put this in the microwave?
I believe he’s referring to when you reheat it in the microwave.
