Wow i just made this recipe, and i am blown away with how much flavour the chimichurri adds to the dish, i made the turkey version – mixed the rice, turkey and chimichurri first and then topped with sweet potatoes and charred broccoli. Must try.
Made this for the first time yesterday. Thought it might be a little dry being turkey only but damn it was delicous. Adding this to the list.
