Frango Assado

Frango Assado

Frango Assado is a Brazilian dish comprised of chicken and traditionally served with rice, beans, and farofa. Farofa is used for flavor and texture and is usually made from cassava flour but it can be hard to find in the US. When I lived in Sao Paulo I would eat this meal multiple times per week. It’s one of those nostalgic foods for me.
