Would this recipe work wirhout lentils by any chance? I just add as much extra beef?
One thing I can’t handle are lentils but have a ton of ground beef and mixed ground pork/beef to use up and i love your asian inspired recipes.

Not one for my rotation, but I greatly appreciate the breadth/variety of different ingredients you make with these recipes. You have me trying things I would never before, they can’t all be bangers for everyones taste buds. Learned I am not a lentils fan, and reaffirmed, my five year old self is still right…green beans are still gross

Made this today and it turned really nice. I like the sriracha, brown sugar, and soy sauce…combines for a spicy, sweet, and salty flavor. I’ve never cooked with lentils so I was surprised I liked it so much. This meal is good for those (like me) that are trying to incorporate more healthy fiber into their diet.

My calorie tracker shows pretty significant difference in calories (~100 cals more) if I use 2/3 lb dry lentils. Should it be 1/3 lb of dry lentils? I’ve compared my tracking software to the nutrition facts on the bag and am sure it’s calculating correctly. If I cut lentils in half my numbers are nearly identical to those up top.
