    pretty great chili for such clean ingredients. serving size is totally insane if you divide this into 5, i got more like 8 servings from this!

    probably a silly question but does it matter if I use 90/10 ground beef instead of 85/15?

      nope, it will just have less calories. I prefer the leaner beef but its more expensive

    Finished my last meal of this today and it came out well! admittedly, this is not my top favorite meal but it was a favorite of the others I made some for. I feel like I would have enjoyed it more if the bell peppers were cut in smaller dice. I may have cut too big because they overtook the meal at some points. Regardless, this was an easy meal to make and has a lot of good flavors!
