I’m not sure, you would have to put that into a tracker and figure out

You’re looking at about 20-25 calories less in one serving. Not sure about the macros though.

I love this recipe. I’ve made it 3x now without the coleslaw mix just because I don’t usually have those ingredients, I’ve replaced the chicken with 2 big cans of chickpeas once when I didn’t have chicken and it was also extremely delicious!

Absolutely amazing. Packed full of flavor and very creamy. Mixing the rice together when eating makes the rice super soft. One of my new favorites.

Love this one IF I use coconut cream instead of coconut milk (recipe said coconut milk in the can because it’s creamier… yeah right LOL). I have a similar recipe that calls for coconut cream. First time I made it, it was awesome. Second time I used coconut milk. I’d be throwing this batch out except I’m cheap and don’t want to waste it. Totally different taste. Coconut cream all the way!

Oooop, didn’t rate the recipe. With coconut cream it’s five stars, as usual for Josh’s recipes. Side note: Just got back my dexascan results. Since using meal prep I’ve gained weight (vast majority was LEAN mass). Kudos for macros and Josh!
