Cheeseburger Mac is a play on the classic boxed hamburger helper.  This specific version uses brown rice penne, ground beef, spinach, and carrots to increase the nutrient density of the meal.

    If you make 10 boxes of each meal do you eat 2 everyday for 5 days?

      No I would only make 10 meals if I was also prepping for my roommates. I don’t personally prep meals and plan to eat them more than 1 time a day
