Great recipe as-is! Well, I cheated and used pre-cut butternut squash and cooked the chicken using my air fryer because I was too lazy to tend to the pan. =) The chicken was very flavorful! When I cooked the chicken another time, I put it in a low carb tortilla, added tzatziki sauce (or hummus), tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and I got myself a chicken shawarma wrap!
