Super! Went for chicken breasts instead of thighs. Only change I’d suggest, check your chicken temp regularly. 12 mins will overcook it and then additional 5 under the grill will dry it out. Undercook it and then finish under the grill. Potatoes were on point.

Would pan frying the chicken be possible for this recipe?
