This is actually one of my favorite meals to make. It’s an easy mealy and it tastes great. Satisfies my desire for Chinese and I know it’s healthier.

just curious, do we use boneless chicken thighs or bone in? Just wasn’t sure since I rarely see you have recipes with bone in chicken thighs. Thanks for all your hard work Josh!
I think this might be my favorite recipe I’ve found on your site so far! My husband was also impressed with the flavors in this dish. I added a bit of pineapple in with the vegetables to give them a bit of acidity. Great recipe!
