      1lb of uncooked rice noodles. That’s probably 1 box or bag most of the time

    This is an excellent recipe that with a bit of knowledge can be modified and changed to fit your tastes.

    There needs to be some editing though.

    The sambal is never covered in the directions. I assume it’s mixed in with the rest of the sauce ingredients. That’s what I did.

    In preparation step 2 it reads “Add the shallot, onion, and garlic.” I’m guessing instead of onion this is where the minced ginger should be.
