    Could I use a jarred salsa verde? Or are there typically a bunch of extra calories in them? If I can use jarred salsa, how much should I use?

      Yes that is fine. One regular sized jar would be probably be fine

    This is a very good recipe. Great flavor and filling. The salsa has a kick that isn’t overpowering, it adds to the flavor, and it doesn’t linger or build up and become unbearable. The veggies are what you would expect. The beans with cotija cheese are the star of the dish.
