Is the whey and casein 100% need? I use Blessed protein powder since it’s the only thing that doesn’t ruin my stomach, was curious if that should suffice?

I have only tested with the whey and casein. I have never tried a different protein powder so i can’t say for sure.

How many calories per gram prepared are in this receipt? Not all my pancakes will be the same size or match your serving portions. Just trying to be accurate on calories here.

If you look at the table at the bottom of the page it will give you the total calories and macros for the recipe then you can divide that by the total weight of ingredients to find the per gram values

Been eating this for a month now, made my second batch today, absolutely love it, so does my friends who tried it out.
I use the swedish brand Star Nutrition with “Cream Vanilla Whey” and “Vanilla Casein” for the protein blend, I’m guessing any reputable brand will get the job done.

I’ll most definitely try your protein pancakes at home and see what they taste like

Instructions say 250g of the whey/casein blend. Shouldn’t it be 500g of the blend, 250g of each?

Disregard my last comment, I forgot I had been messing with the servings!!

I used 100% casein instead of a 50/50 mix, and it still turned out great. I also add Stevia and a bit of salt to the mix, and I find it really enhances the flavor. Great recipe!
