Hi. Can you please confirm the sweet potato measurement? 20 grams of sweet potato for 1 serve is almost negligible and doesn’t reflect the amount in the photo

made this one recently, love it! Going to switch from hard boiled eggs to plain scrambled though, cant be too much of a difference?
I actually don’t love scrambled eggs for meal prep. If you make them fresh then that would be best
