Big fan of this recipe! I really enjoy mixed temperatures in meals, microwaving the peppers/steak with a cool pico and guac combination makes this recipe stand out to me.
Have you had any issues with the steak lasting 5 days in the fridge? btw I just made this and it’s incredible!
