This has amazing texture. Just as described!! I didn’t have vanilla casein, so I used cookies and cream flavor and followed the rest of the recipe – it came out super yummy. I also used Lily’s chocolate chips in the frosting.

Can whey protein powder replace the casein? This seems really interesting and I have literally every ingredient except casein powder.
No, any recipe that calls for casein specifically cannot be substituted
To add to Josh’s point – from my personal experience, casein’s usually better for cooking/baking, in 95% of situations. Using whey will probably leave you with something more loose and watery, due to how whey behaves under heat.
As a Dutch guy, it’s kinda weird to see “Spacecake” without the green leaves.
