Quick, cheap, simple, and tasty. If you forget to buy pinto beans and think you’re good using black beans instead, just don’t. You’ll regret every second you taste this monstrosity you created. Enjoy 🙂
Tasted great! Nice heat to sweetness balance. Only thing that seems kinda out of place is the greek yogurt in my opinion.

Very solid, easy recipe. I swapped out the pinto beans for dark red kidney beans. Greek yogurt as a sour cream substitute was a little weird at first but it grew on me.
Question for Josh: The 5tbsp of Greek yogurt is per serving and not for the whole recipe right?
