Ingredients

Instructions

For the Bowls

  • This is one of the easiest meal prep recipes you will ever come across with the help of the High Protein Beef Meatballs that are hopefully in Snack City in your freezer. I used frozen rice and vegetables for speed.
  • Into each dish add 142g of frozen rice, 100g of frozen broccoli, 5 meatballs, and 75g of tikka masala sauce.
  • Place the lids over the dishes and put the meals into the fridge.

I try to make a variety of different options. Some people want things that are as simple and fast as possible. This is one of those recipes for them.

Don’t listen to this guy, Josh. I love that you provide a variety of recipes ranging from simple to complex. This is a recipe I have used when I get back late on a Sunday night and need a quick meal prep recipe for the week. Thanks!

Same here. Can you provide a description of the sauce (brand, jar size) in question to make sure I’m ordering the correct one?

Any recommendations for a dairy-free sauce?

I’m not aware of any but I have also never looked so I’m not able to provide a recommendation

What size Pyrex or whatever glassware are your meal containers? I was thinking of buying square Pyrex ones but they may be too large for what the portions of the meals are.

These are 5 cup. I prefer containers between 28-36oz

These are great! Once prepped while frozen do we just microwave once ready to eat? Are there any store bought high protein meatballs you recommend for someone who is extra lazy some days?
