Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

Grilled chicken thighs marinated in a number of different ingredients to develop flavor. I use a gluten free waffle as a bun because they are cheaper than GF buns. Regular buns will obviously do the trick. A remoulade is spread on the bun and each thigh is topped with an arugula salad.
