Ingredients

  • 2 cups (160 g) oats
  • 1 ½ cups (360 g) skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp (21 g) honey
  • 2 scoops (60 g) whey protein powder vanilla
  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen peaches
  • 2 Tbsp (28 g) butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp (4 ml) vanilla
  • 1 (1) egg
  • 1 tsp (4 g) baking powder
  • ½ tsp (1 g) salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of oats, 2 scoops of whey protein powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp of salt.
  • In a separate bowl mix together 1 ½ cups of milk, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp melted butter, 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla.
  • Spray an 8”x8” baking dish with cooking spray and add the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients over the top and mix to incorporate.
  • Add in some of the peaches and hide them in the oatmeal. Place some of the peaches over the top for presentation purposes.
  • Bake the oatmeal for 35 minutes or until it has set in the middle.
  • This recipe makes 4 servings. Cut the oatmeal into 4 even pieces and place into each of your containers.
