Great quick and tasty recipe. A little more expensive cause of sirloin, but worth it.
You could get by with a cheaper cut of beef but I agree, the sirloin is worth it 😎
Made this today and I knew it would be a new favorite before it was done. I didn’t have fresh ginger just just substituted ground ginger. Excellent!
