Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30 g) whey protein
  • 2 tbsp (10 g) cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp (2 g) stevia powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch (0.5 g) salt
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) vanilla
  • ½ cup (113 g) unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  • Mix all of your ingredients in a mug.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes or until it has set.
