This was incredibly flavourful for how simple it was to make!
😎😎😎
I tried this recipe with 2 pounds of 93/7 beef and 0.4 pounds of 73/27 beef and let me tell you, it was a hit.
Pro-tip: Add any hot sauce of your choice to the meatball and your veggies to make your meal even better.
This recipe was a surprise hit. I wasn’t sure about using 93/7 ground turkey for a meatloaf, I thought it would be somewhat lacking in moisture. Instead the meatloaf was incredibly moist and flavorful. The addition of the seasoned salt and carrots worked really well.
