    Hi Josh: these sauce is fantastic. It was a bit of extra work for me since I had to defrost. I need to remember to defrost the night BEFORE. 😉

    Anyway, my question was related to weight of chicken you give. I take it the 2.5 lb is precooked weight…is there any noteworthy difference between the raw and cooked weight?

      Water retention, always weigh your ingredients raw. Never cooked, it’s slightly more accurate this way
