THAI TURKEY BURGERS WITH SWEET POTATO FRIES
Asian flavors melded into a classical American dish. The turkey burgers are meant to be topped with the peanut slaw and eaten together. The slaw provides a great fresh aspect to the dish.

Soooooooo much flavor and really simple to make. Will definitely make this meal again!
Glad you enjoyed it 😎
I don’t like ground Turkey, but I wanted to try something new. These are great ! I was definitely impressed with the burgers. I’m working at different strategies on the sweet potato fries to crunch them up. I cooked for 37 minutes, and used some Airfrier time on the reheat. A work in progress. I used a 90-93% turkey, and it was heavier, so next time I’ll mix in some 99% for weight loss. Lots of ingredients, and time consuming to make, but not difficult.
