A sausage should be cut into dice?

It’s pan sausage, also called breakfast sausage, so it has no casing. You will break it apart as you cook it, much like ground beef. No need to dice.

I made this once on a family get together and now it is requested any time I go home to visit. I love this recipe, and occasionally have added in other vegetables as I had them on hand. This is a MPM favorite at my house!
