Chicken Paprikash

Chicken Paprikash is a popular, paprika heavy Hungarian dish that is traditionally served with noodles or rice.  Often times it is served with the chicken on the bone but for meal prep purposes we use boneless skinless chicken thighs to make eating as easy as possible.

The sauce is soooo good I would have eaten it on top of rice. Don’t even need the chicken lol

When do you add in the chicken? Or am I missing it? I added it before simmering the sauce. Great recipe.

Should the 3 tbsp of paprika be 3 tsp instead? I just made this using 3 tbsp and the sauce overwhelmingly tastes like paprika…

Yes 3 tbsp is correct. This is a very paprika forward dish, which is how it gets its name
