    I used a store-bought spice blend on the pork that is very good, with that said the combination of pork, bacon, apples, and brussels is all great together. I feared it wouldn’t hold up well being microwaved so I re-heated it in the toaster oven instead and I’d highly recommend it, I didn’t lose too much of the texture on the brussels throughout the five meals. Gonna keep this in the holster for when I need a high-protein meal solution that isn’t too complicated to prep.
